   for those of you that work with metal. You need to get a challenge test from a Naturopath ocassionly. Chealating metals out of your body is easy. you can use cilantro, chlorella, and kombucha tea — these are natural chelators. Don’t let that toxic metal load your inhaling cause you health issues later. If you have liver spots on your hands it is a early warning of a increasing metal burden in your deep tisues and organs. (just look on line) .
